Visaro is a private, independent consultancy firm. We are not a government agency, nor are we affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with any government, embassy, consulate, or high commission of any country. You can apply for a visa independently by visiting the official government websites of your desired destination country.
3. Document Authenticity
Our consultation and application preparation is based entirely on the information and documents provided by you, the client. We assume that all documents submitted to us are genuine and all information is accurate. Visaro bears no liability or responsibility for visa rejections, legal actions, or entry bans resulting from the submission of fraudulent, forged, altered, or misleading documents by the client.
4. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstance shall Visaro, its directors, employees, or associates be held liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost travel expenses, non-refundable flight tickets, accommodation costs, or delays caused by processing times or visa refusals by immigration authorities. We strongly advise against booking non-refundable travel arrangements before a visa is officially granted.

Immigration laws, policies, fees, and processing times are subject to change at any time without prior notice by government authorities.
