- You will not submit fraudulent, forged, or misleading documents. We reserve the right to terminate our services immediately if we suspect fraudulent activity.
- You will promptly communicate any changes in your personal circumstances, travel plans, or financial status that may affect your application.
3. Fees and Payments
Our professional consulting fees will be clearly communicated to you prior to the commencement of any service. Please note:
- Our service fees are strictly for consultation, document review, and application assistance.
- Government Fees: Our consulting fees do NOT include government processing fees, biometrics fees, medical examination costs, or third-party courier charges. These must be paid directly to the respective authorities or arranged separately.
- Refunds: Consulting fees are non-refundable once our service has commenced, regardless of the final outcome of your visa application.
4. Disclaimer of Guarantee
Visaro is an independent, private visa consultancy. We are not affiliated with any government agency, embassy, or high commission.
We do not and cannot guarantee that your visa application will be approved. The final decision to grant, refuse, or delay a visa rests entirely and solely with the respective government's immigration authorities. We are not liable for any financial loss, delayed travel plans, or damages resulting from a visa refusal or processing delay.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property. All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein are owned or controlled by us and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
